Webinar: The AI Adoption Gap and How Organizations Can Help Close It.
This 75-minute webinar brings together a global panel of experienced digital leaders for an informal, high-impact dialogue on responsible AI adoption. Hosted by Professor Michael Hartmann (Canada), alongside Shirley Chowdhary (Australia), Nicolas Darveau (US), and Luke Hussey (UK), the session will explore why AI adoption remains uneven—particularly at the board and executive level—and what leaders can do to close this gap. Drawing on insights from a recent Canadian study on AI governance, the discussion will highlight key findings such as low levels of board AI literacy, limited integration of AI into strategic deliberations, and the absence of structured training and governance frameworks in many organizations.
Designed for board directors and business leaders—this session will share actionable insights, peer perspectives, and a clear call for purposeful experimentation across organizations to lead AI adoption with intention, curiosity, and informed oversight.
